Coffee is always getting a bad rap, so it's nice to see something positive said about it. Here's an excerpt from a story at physorg today:
Drinking more than a cup of coffee a day was associated with a 22 percent to 25 percent lower risk of stroke, compared with those who drank less, in a study reported in Stroke: Journal of the American Heart Association.

The thing that gets me about all this stuff is they keep changing their minds every few years...eat eggs - don't eat eggs...now eat eggs. Chocolate? yes...wait...no...sorry...yes go ahead.
I remember Maude telling Walter that he had to eat a low-cholesterol breakfast, despite the fact that his father never had to do such a thing, because cholesterol hadn't been invented back then.
