New twit Cardinal in New York:

In remarks delivered during the service, Dolan paid tribute to the city and said his elevation was a reflection of the status of New York.

"This hat is for you, New York," he said, holding up the red headwear worn by cardinals in the Catholic Church, "and I'm proud to call you Your Eminence."

Maybe not so much:
