I love living next to a large pond. It attracts so much wildlife. Here's an image I shot this morning. It's a blue heron who often visits the pond, and as a special bonus, he's accompanied by my friend Crow (who is upset that I ran out of peanuts today; a trip to the store will fix that).
Pond life. It's fabulous. When we move, I will miss this friendly body of water.

Are there no ponds at the new place?
There is one tiny pond. I'm being kind by calling it a pond. It's a puddle really. The horse farm is a rather dry place. But it's beautiful and surrounded by mountains. I could get into that.
