I loved the original &..."Eet ees da law!" I loved the original "Island of Dr. Moreau", though the Marlon Brando figure made the 1996 version pretty interesting too. He always came up with something new, didn't he? I agree "The Shining" was great. (Again, the isolation was so pure; I love that). As for "Diabolique" I've tried to watch the movie but never made it through. I'll give it another shot, since you're plugging it.
